Resetting for 2021 & Building Better Habits (VLOG)

FIRST VLOG OF THE YEAR! In today's video, I'm building better habits by being more mindful of my physical health which is one of my goals for 2021. I want to make exercise and movement more fun for me, so I'm going to incorporate more yoga, walking, and hiking into my exercise routine :)
