Looks fantastic. I've done a frozen watermelon margarita a few times. Cube the watermelon, freeze it, and use it instead of ice in the blender to get a nice thick frozen version. Cheers

cucumber can overpower - its weird like that, so start small.

add 1 cup watermelon juice to 1+cup sugar and boil to make watermelon syrup
