Looks perfect! I'm hosting my housewarming/pool party this weekend for my girlfriends and I plan on making these. Question: for the simple syrup, how much sugar and water? Just eyeball it? Thanks!

Simple syrup is simple. Lol I love your sense of humor. We are going to spend our 4th of July at our bay house down by the coast. The last couple years we have been competing and a 4th of July cooking contest. it's all for fun and party to of course. They do have a margarita category and I think I'm going to enter it and may make this recipe. If I do and if I win I'll let you know. Anyway God bless from H-Town.

I tried this recipe and it was great. Just one thing though in my case salt did not stick to glass edges.

Hi Onkar! So glad you liked the margs! Here’s an old bartender’s trick for making sure your salt/sugar rim stay put: Rosa’s lime juice! You pour it over the sponge from a salt/sugar tray and dab the rim of the glass in the Rosa’s syrup. The syrup has sugar in it and makes it a little more sticky, helping that salt to adhere and realllllly stay put! Here’s a link for the type of tray I’m talking about: www.amazon.com/dp/B07F3ZZCXV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_f4N7Eb1NHHH86 Hope that helps 😊
