I used maple for mine, most any hardwood should work well.

you can sprinkle a VERY little bit of salt on glued up surfaces to prevent glue slipping.

You could do that with hand tools, just takes a bit longer.

maybe the video wasn't for you then. that's okay you know. the video is for woodworkers who DO have this stuff. besides.... everything here you could do with simple hand tools. it just takes a lot longer.

This time I'll use WoodPrix instructions to make it by my hand :)
