How to make a Wooden Pinball Machine - ARIBABOX

Making things have never been easier. We cut all the pinball machine parts out on the CNC router. Since CNC machines are very precise the parts fit together perfectly.
The only thing that was left to do, was to assemble the parts together and the pinball machine was ready for use.

This is very, very cool! It would be cool if you could find a way to have ball roll through pinwheels, which could ring small bells, in certain places. I'd love to have one of these. Thanks for sharing.

@@Aribabox I don't have a CNC yet😆 but I'm lost in CNC videos. I like how amazing things can be made. Also is it possible to make a two-sided job in Fusion 360? Do you have any videos about it? Making something simple like a bowl maybe?

Ok this is an old video, maybe things have changed already, I would suggest ordering from a pinball machine supplier, flipper rubbers. if your flippers are a design close or near close to original flippers, their rubbers would fit perfectly. Then you won't need to use rubberbands.

Thanks so much for the suggestion! When we designed the flippers, we aimed to keep them as close to the original as possible. You're absolutely right-using proper flipper rubbers from a pinball supplier would really enhance the experience. We'll definitely keep that in mind for future updates!

Fantastic!. How well do the legs hold up over time?. Looks a little wobbly and potentially weak and could crack?. Maybe insert supporting legs at front?.

Thank you! We had the table for a couple of years now, and we haven't had any problems with the legs. They are a little wobbly and support as you mentioned would fix the wobble. However, the sides are made from 18 mm plywood which is strong enough to support the table.

a few more wooden gears and rubber bands and you could have a scoring system. might have to use a few springs to get flippers stronger. only real disappointment was that the ball wasn't wooden. for sale on ebay for $7 or if you have your own lathe, make one.

That is true - not everyone has got access to a CNC machine, and this prototype had some flaws that we managed to fix when designing the other pinball game options, for example, this - multiplayer table - bit.ly/3AfgJXM

Have you tried adding rubber bands around the flippers? They give an extra bounce that’s needed for reaching the second floor.
