Hello everyone!
In this video I'll show you how you can make a beautiful, not so simple :), wooden puppet/marionette. It was a real challenge, especially the head, but I loved it so much! And I absolutely love how he came out!

I love this! I don't have the natural creativity to accomplish this but would love to make something like this for my grandkids. Please do a Christmas season 3 but ONLY if it brings you joy to do it not for everyone else.

Thank you so much! You should just try it! Because you're cutting out the silhouette on the bandsaw first, it's not that hard. Only the hands and the head were a real challenge. I'm sure you can do it! Great to hear that you are excited about season 3, me too! So guess what, I will be making it!

Thank you! Sorry for my late reply, but it is oil from Rubio Monocoat and it's just one coat to apply and after 15 minutes you wipe off the excess

I dont consider using power tools for carving as cheating unless you were claiming that it was all hand whittled. The only way I would consider it cheating is if you where using a computer and a laser cutter to do all the work. Thats not your hands making the object it is the machine doing all the work. Easy mass production. Puts all of us that physically do the work out of a job. There is nothing special, no love, into that piece done by a computer. And those who use a laser cutter cant actually claim they made the piece. Using power tools isn't considered cheating they still take alot of skill to use. You are still in control of that tool. Very nice work on project and video. Thank you.
