Hola me encantó tu trabajo!!
@WoodworkingBarcelona5 жыл бұрын
@nadiarocioguerrero40735 жыл бұрын

I have been watching this over and over again for two weeks. Magic. Thanks a lot for what you do! What kind of scrallsaw do you use? I am now considering to buy Hegner Multicut 2s for hobby. What do you say?
@WoodworkingBarcelona10 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your encouraging comment Andrew! I use a Proxxon DSH/E scroll saw; and I'm very pleased with it. I dont' have experience with that Henger but it seems to be more pro than mine, and it costs over 10 times more. Regards!
@Andrew.Chalov10 жыл бұрын
Woodworking Barcelona Hi Man, Thanks for replying! Actually the exhisting Proxxon model (DSH) costs only four times less than Hegner 2s here in Moscow, Russia. Still it can be a great saving for me anyway. Did you try to cut hardwoods like oak or pear of 10mm+ thickness with it? Was it enough power? This is what I am dreaming to do? Yet, sorry for stupid question from the beginner, what liquid do you apply at the end - is it some mineral oil or varnish?
@WoodworkingBarcelona10 жыл бұрын
Andrew Chalov It's a pleasure, Andrew. To answering your first question, I guess you can find very usefull my last video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGmmhaCwfcl7abM in where I cuted all the pattern through a piece of 25mm aged Oak. In previous projects, I've been able to cut also to 2.5mm stainess steel ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5nViaZoppuWndk ), 20mm purple heart (extremly dense wood) without problem and other dense woods. In softwoods like pine I cuted about 40mm without any problem. Obviously it will take much longer than with a band saw. You just need to choose the correct blade for each work. About the finishing of the wooden puzzle, I used a food safe mineral oil like in my other projects for children. Regards from Barcelona!
