Are there any dentist willing to do just the implanted metal attachments which will require building up the bone structure. Then leave the making of the actual dentures to someone else? I have already made my temporary dentures. I'm ready to go to the next step.

I want to know the same thing, although I feel it's going to be impossible to find one. I guess I'm just going to have to extract some lidocaine from de-sensitizating lube, make an injectable solution, and do the root canal, and post base cementation myself. Im sure its really not all that difficult if you can manage the pain.
