Ingredients for Afang Soup
400g sliced Okazi/Afang leaves | about 4 handfuls
250g Water leaves
1 cup Periwinkle (optional)
1 Cup red palm oil
Goat meat
Kpomo
Dry fish
1 cup ground crayfish
Habenero Pepper red/yellow
salt (to taste)
1 Crayfish stock cubes
1/2 teaspoon Chicken Seasoning
