People at the garden center: "Oh here's that weird guy again who buys all our stuff and uses it for tiny things".

Haha yes very true! And i don't even have a garden :p

Nearly every time I go to the dollar store the cashier is like WTF are your making with all this weird crap?!
@terrain-hardy5 жыл бұрын
Your attention to colors and details are unique. I don't think that anyone I has seen here on youtube approaching your skills to capture the small variations of colors and detail that are in nature like you. Each and every one of your videos captivate and fills one's "terrain heart" with great joy. Many many thanks for showing and please keep up the good work. Je moet ver te kijken om meesterwerken als deze te vinden .... hoop dat zinvol is (Google Translate)

Fantastic as usual ! Time to hit some gardencenters. That piping bag is ingenious, never thought of that, and i went to cooking college ! Groeten uit België 😉

Bedankt goed om te horen! Oh nice i went to cooking college aswell. I learned to fold them later in restaurants, we didn't do much at school other than reading boring books. Cheers.

Paepercuts I learned alot at school, 16 hours of practical lessons pay of in the long run. But of course true skill develops from doing something over and over and over.... Toevallig uit de regio rond Tilburg ? K’heb daar familie wonen.

In all honesty. I do come here more for the relaxation and not for the build😂 that beeing said, your builds are outstanding. Also i bought the airbrush you recommended to me and couldnt be happier, it is worth its weight in gold. which is probably true given the pricetag 😂
@Paepercuts5 жыл бұрын
Great to hear that, good choice to make that investment. Having quality equipment in airbrushing makes a difference in both performance and enjoyment. Cheers and thanks for watching.

Those trees look so spooky after the white primer. I love that static grass box! You could make some fantastic cholla cacti with that. I wonder, have you ever had any of your projects break with handling/gaming?
@Paepercuts5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Good idea on the cacti that'll work great, probably a lot quicker than my previous attempt aswell :p Well so far i haven't had much trouble, but i usually make display pieces so it hasn't been put to the test yet. Cheers.

Unfortunately, none of the garden centres where I live have anything remotely like your twigs and branches. :( You make such wonderful, wonderful trees.
@Paepercuts5 жыл бұрын
Thank you. I wish i had a better perception of whats available in different countries and where to find it. It is difficult to find online because many countries do not accept natural materials through customs. I may have to open my own -Terrain Builders Only- garden centre chain one day ;) Cheers.

How do you make your washes if you don't mind me asking? (Never mind, I got to that part of the video now) I make models and ordered some Tamiya Panel Liner but it won't be here for a few weeks so I want to try making my own. Thank you! Also, wonderful tutorials. You've got me into model making and dioramas now :)

@@Paepercuts I'll link you a photo when I'm done with it. It's a 1/72 pirate ship and I'm going to try to make a carribean island with resin water/waves to set it in context. Really enjoying this hobby so far! Keep up the great inspiration! :)

Your work is so cool. Also, I've begun collecting a small number of tiny pine cones as beginning material for the palmetto trees I intend to put in my Beasts of the Mesozoic diorama/Stop motion set. I figured I only needed 12 for what I have in mind due to the diversity of trees I need combined with the scale for my set.
