How to make After Eight Freak Cookies

Oh my gosh there has never been anything more delicious than the After Eight Freak Cookies I've just invented!
What the cheese and pickle sandwich is a 'Freak Cookie' I hear you ask? Well it's a half cookie, half cake hybrid, chock full of creamy dreamy filling and covered with gluttonous decadence. Last time it was the Ferrrero Rocher freak cookie, this time it's the mouth-watering, mind boggling After Eight freak cookie; a rich dark chocolate cookie, imbued with a sweet peppermint fondant, covered in lashings of dark chocolate and peppermint streaks, and deliciously creamy peppermint creams! Yum!!!
