Chocolate and mint go so well together. I love dark chocolate mint ice cream and I normally don't like mint at all.

I'd have been interested in seeing Martha's chocolate tempering process to reach and maintain proper temperature. Admittedly, it's not that complicated but the timing is key!

I don’t like mint-chocolate either but would like the filling with coconut (not the extract, it doesn’t taste like real coconut) or almond.

Would like to request that you read what the National Institute of Health has to say about saturated fat and elevated risk of cancer. Then look up the saturated fat in the following items (per tablespoon): - Butter - Coconut Oil - All the nuts - Crisco Shortening - Egg Yolks - Smart Balance Omega-3 Spread - Canola Oil The only reason butter was ever called for in any recipe is because, for hundreds of years, churned butter was the only source of solid-at-room-temperature fat available to anyone who could afford to own at least one milking cow and a butter churn. I think it would be very helpful to all our health if you could teach us how to cook well with the "solid" fats available to us today which happen to be lower in saturated fat! People are so worked up about "transfats" that they don't understand that a serious culprit in our diets, for poor health, is all that saturated fat! Also, you could use your show to promote the idea of a lower saturated fat spread that is also salt-free. The FDA is currently requireing food manufacturers to cut back on the sodium in all their foods anyway. So this would be excellent timing to promote such a useful idea! If the company that owns Smart Balance were to also produce a "sodium free" version of their various spreads, then that could be used in place of salt-free butter!

I’m sure there’s Channels on KZbin they have tutorials on how to cook healthy. Unfortunately, this is not that channel, and exactly why the rest of us watch Martha Stewart. I sincerely hope that you nor any of your family or love ones have cancer. 😊

The ending sucked - we need to see the finished product up close and in full screen (not as a small window in the corner).
