In this video, I will share with you Two tips on how I prepare smooth, thick Akamu/ pap/Ogi with single Lumps. Akamu is made from corn,wheat,millet and the likes. And in nigerian, it is prepared the way i will show you on this video and it goes well with Akara/koose and fries too. it is perfect for breakfast and dinner. let's cook with me this delicious delicacy.

Ingredients:
1. Raw Akamu/pap.
2. clean water
3. clean boiled water.
4. then sugar to go with after you make it.
5. full cream milk to go with.

You are only get this consistency if the corn used to make the pap is old corn.
