I love this recipe! It's an amazing way to use your almond pulp, and I used less parsley and more basil, delicious!

Silly ? Can you freeze the pulp and then thaw out later when you use it

Yes you can :) that is how I store my almond pulp after making almond milk!

I used pumpkin seed pulp after making pumpkin seed tofu. Added marjoram, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, nutritional yeast. It was yummy, but something missing in the texture. Next time I might add wheat flour to give more substance and less crumbly. Or powdered psyllium...

They just fall apart on me when I try to flip them. They don’t hold together very well.

When you are trying to get product out of the Robot Coupe, stick your finger into the hole in the bottom to keep the blade in place. Instead of using parchment paper, invest in Silpat sheets. Reusable and much easier to deal with especially when you are trying to flip those crackers.
