How to make Chocolate Ganache | Step by Step | 10 minutes recipe
In this video I have shown how to make Chocolate ganache easy way step by step, so you can follow it and can make ganache at home. Chocolate ganache is a icing, sauce, glaze or filing for pastries made from cream and chocolate. Ganache is always chocolate and cream. if you want to make ganache thicker keep ganache in refrigerator for longer time, which will help ganache to hold or thicken up. It will take only 10 minutes to make chocolate ganache. Chocolate ganache is used for cake. Ganache covers the cake, makes layer of cake by putting ganache as a layer cover.

Here's what you will need!
Ingredients chocolate ganache
-150ml heavy cream or thickened cream
-200gm dark chocolate chips
Methods
1) Pour 200ml heavy cream into a small saucepan and heat over low heat for few minutes. Just make it hot, don’t let it boil or simmer.
2) Get a medium size bowl, add chocolate chips into the bowl. Once the cream is hot, Pour hot cream over chocolate chips and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften the chocolate.
3) Stir slowly first using spatula, gradually mixing faster until ganache is creamy, glossy and smooth. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to make it thick - similar consistency to Nutella.
