Ive now got a lot of 3D printed and painted miniatures and wanted the perfect way to store and display them. So made this awesome looking display case for all my Dungeons & Dragons (DnD) (D&D) miniatures.

@@MiniatureHobbyist I think your gonna need a much bigger wall by this time next year. Honestly I started watching your videos from the very beginning and the level of everything you do is upped by 100%. Though I am more Age of sigmar, I always watch your videos and maybe, just maybe steal a few ideas here and there 😀 keep doing what you do best, building and painting what suits you.

I make Diorama-like bookshelves inserts for my minis. And I use the 1/4 inch xps foam for the back, sides and ground so I lose the minimum amount of space for minis :) But yours looks quite neat too!

Nice shelft! I'd look into making my own LED lights if I were you. All you need is a soldering iron, thing wires, some LEDs, resistors and a power supply (like a 5-12V wall wart), and maybe an hour or so of reading how to use LEDs with resistors if you have not done electronics before. With that said, I wanted to ask where the medium sized skeleton models come from, they look nice.

Fantastic video. Just so you know it depends on where in the United States you are but but we use both grout and spackle. Where I am in Texas grout is used used to affix tiles to a surface and sparkle is used to to patch small holes in walls.

I'd recommend that you have a look at LED strip lights. It'll kick off more light, you can change the colors with a remote and are pretty easy to set up. If you ever need to do a sci fi diorama el wire is useful (imagine a wire of light that you can bend into any shape you want) Lastly tea lights are good for a flickering candle effect

I don't know if you've dipped your toe into airbrushing (recent subscriber), but when I saw you mix the pva and the brown to surface prime I died a bit inside. Then you started talking about how long it was going to take, and I said aloud, "I know." Vallejo black surface primer is an excellent and far quicker alt to that combo, and out of the airbrush takes a couple of minutes to hit your whole shelf. Even better the Vallejo has a, lets call it a rubbery quality, to it to protects very well. I've peeled it off my gloves afterwards and seen it be resilient, springy and protective, much like the modpodge mix you made. Highly recommend, and airbrushes are not that spendy.
