WOW, your husband did a great job. What an amazing idea for your window. The lace curtain looks pretty, maybe seeing it's a flower shoppe, LOL, maybe some pretty subtle like water color flower curtains. I can't wait to see what you and your husband come up with for the desk. I use a white table from IKEA to craft on.

Thank you for your concern, she keeps taking her walks twice a day and getting stronger. Some days her joints hurt more and she complaints, but I guess that's normal at her age. I'm younger and some days I wake up feeling like I fell off the fourth floor! Can't wait to share the desk and my organization progress with you. So much work my Bestie!

I love that awning so much. I think I'm going to ask my husband to make me one for my laundry room. I am crafting on a conference table that we got when an office was changing their furniture. It doesn't have any storage but I have plenty of storage in the two closets of my craft room

Oh that's so exciting!! I can picture a cute awning like that in a laundry room already, it will be a hit for sure! A conference table must be plenty of space for crafting! I was looking for a table that would fit in my room and have at least a drawer for my scissors, glue sticks etc. Everything is so pricey these days...

@@MYDIYKathy yes! great idea for corsages now that it’s prom season. have you ever used real flowers for a bouquet, corsage, or boutonnière. you work so well with real flowers too. But I don’t think you could get that blue with real flowers. You matched it perfectly. Amanda’s bridal bouquet was mainly real white flowers mostly roses but the florist put in some fake white roses. You could not tell they were fake. Just some food for thought. Mixing fake with real. There is nothing you can’t do. I’m looking forward to the desk video. 😘

Andre did a beautiful job on the awning, I didn't know I had a new bestie when I woke up this morning 😂. I think the lace curtain is perfect, unless you need more privacy. Free is the best price for a craft desk, lol, I would suggest a larger top so you have room for your wreaths and ribbons. I sometimes craft at my coffee table, like your kitchen table, its round and has plenty of room. I'm enjoying watching you put your room together with thought and mindfulness , and not just buying pieces of furniture, gives the rest of us ideas.

I love your awning, and the color you choose also the curtain is so pretty, just love the voil with the embroidery, much prefer those to blinds and suits the awning next to your florals wall. Awesome job. My brother gave me a old desk and I use it in my craft room for a lot of my projects. Also, on some of the wreaths I make I have a 4 ft. fold out table I set up and so far it has worked for me, I like I can fold it up and put away when I don't need it. I love the old desk it has 4 drawers on each side and one in the center. It holds a lot of my supplies. With your husbands talents he should build you a table. My brother-in-law built my sister a large table that she uses for her sewing projects. It is a L-shape table and one section folds down and stores against the table when she don't need it.
