Still 2.5-3.5 minute sweet spot for length of these videos now that shorts/reels/tiktoks are so relevant? I know this video was made over 4 years ago, so wondering if that's changed?

Great question, but ideal video length has actually increased. 10-20 minute episodes are doing extremely well.
