Donna, greetings from the southern California desert!! 😁🤗😁 I found you through Antonio, went to your website to watch this video, then came back over here so that I could leave a *LIKE* and subscribe. I've been playing with JJs for maybe eight years now and laughed in total agreement when you said something to the effect of "you think you'll remember, but you won't". I thought it was just me!! 😂😂 I'm in the process of packing to move across country, but I've kept some things accessable because creating is my sanity and, yeah, after having lived in this house for close to 40 years this move is an absolute crazy-making endeavor. 🤪🥴 As I type this it's just past 3:30 in the morning 🥱 and I'm already trying to figure out 🤔 what I can use to make my journal as my reward 😇 for packing boxes and painting rooms later on today! 😵‍💫😵‍💫 Thanks for your inspiration! I have a notebook that I put the artist who demonstrates the project. I also try to list cutting & scoring info. I do make a sample. But also try to illustrate the steps. It is just entered as I view the video. I wish I could catorgize by project type or artist. Then, I could find what I was looking for faster. Other than creating an index, I don't have a clue. As usual, I am probably trying to overthink things. Any suggestions? I love your journal. I'm a newbie & need details.

oh thanks a lot Brenda, you've picked a great craft to get into!! I reckon you could do a couple of things...label the sides of your notebook with little tabs, you could make your own or just get some pretty side tabs from the stationary supply shop. Make a different tab for each creator you watch on youtube. e.g Junk Journal ideas make a blue tab Wendy's Journal adventures a green tab and so on. then put the name and the colour in your index, hope this is something you may like to try? ♡☆🦋 hugs Donna

I bought a composition book that has a space for drawing at top & writing space. It's just not big enough to expand. I like your homemade journal much better. You have given me a lot to consider. Thank you for sharing your years of experience. There are always new methods or ideas. So it's always a learning experience. You never get too old to learn something new. I tend to forget more than Learn. Thus, I need a place to dump my ideas so I can always refer back. I love your explanations.
