How to make an informal garden style spring floral table design featuring lilac and tulips
Ingredients - tulip flowers, lilac, iris, rhubarb flowers, hosta, forsythia foliage, lands ears foliage
At that time of year when the garden has brought forth done amazing tulips and flowers, and what better than to bring some inside to create an arrangement that is really a celebration of spring.

Lovely Spring design, John! The mechanic scares me a bit but you seem to be using it with great success. Tulips and lilac here on the East Coast of the US (mid-Atlantic) are done for the season for the most part. Roses are blooming now as well as Iris. Hope you have a wonderful week!

Yes just greenery is always so gorgeous in your designs! But this time, spring comes to life with the lovely tulips and lilac. The iris colour is so vibrant in front of your black shirt and the white wall. We had only flowering rhubarb last year too. This year, the rhubarb looks good so far (we're behind you spring-wise) so fingers crossed! I'll be over for lunch tomorrow.

Thank you! I might move the rhubarb to a less sunny spot and see if that stops it bolting. It just seems a good idea to use the flowers if I am taking them off anyway!
