You are amazing! I literally have been trying to figure out a way to organize my content planning for so long. I’ve tried so many different things and nothing was clicking for my brain. This is truly perfect and getting the creativity flowing instead of feeling like blocks!! I would love to see how you setup your KZbin part of it!! I’m assuming TikTok is very similar to your IG page.

Yayyy I’m so glad to hear this!! I’m actually very lazy with KZbin and TikTok and it’s just a bullet point list haha. But that’s because Instagram is my primary platform and biggest focus so I’m a lot more strategic. Hoping to do more organisational videos soon though!

My KZbin and TikTok tabs are just ideas lists! Because I don't post as consistently there and Instagram is my primary platform, I don't plan it out on the same level. BUT that's also because I've been doing content creation for 10 years so I've definitely gotten better at just winging it haha ;)

Interesting cool tool! I only wonder what's the pros to using this than to simply only a scheduler if you were to schedule it anyway? Wouldn't that safe a lot of time and effort? Lol but for planning only & manual posting this looks amazing. Will try

I personally don't like scheduling my social content! I find I get better engagement when I post manually and it makes me more active on Instagram which means I get better results. But I know everyone is different so if you want to be able to also schedule content then this probably isn't the app for you!

@ I see… actually I’d be in favor to manual posting, but do you do that for multiple clients? I’m very much just learning about it currently, so I’d like to know how to do this if you have multiple clients that have f.e. 2 posts/day each?

I haven't transitioned any clients yet but I've showed one and they're excited! Definitely so good for building out full client portals and being able to organise lots of info like their branding guidelines, project launches etc :)

Yes, download then copy and paste the caption. Otherwise I will have the video saved in my Instagram drafts! I prefer to post manually for my own Instagram :)

Hii :-) ... please, How can I add the icons next to the headline?

Click on the little paint brush of the card and then under icon, you can celery the placement of the emoji/icon! It will auto select “x” which means no icon. Underneath you can change the colour of the card, size of the headline etc :)

Does it have something like comment on video like on ClickUp? Where clients can comment on your edited videos.

Yep! It has a comment feature and you can tag using the @ like ClickUp :)
