I use Bandlab for most (if not all) of my material. And watching this makes me happy that there are people who puts a lot effort with this DAW like me
@lorenzobasscovers22 күн бұрын
Bandlab is The best free DAW that we have now, doesn't take space on Pc, almost everything is free, without The Type of "free account limits", and It's not too heavy for run! And about The Pedalboard, what a solution my friend 🤣 It's funny to see How things Just simply Works as an interface on Bandlab

Bro dropped the most fire track in a tutorial video and thought we wouldn't notice it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Nice job,i personally like a bit more "aggressive" drums but it is still good,you should do a complete post punk song!!👍

KEEP IT UP LORENZO!! End Song reminds me of a mix of different songs. Metallica - Orion - The way the drum comes later in the intro, Nirvana - come as you are (within the rhythm guitar) I love how beefy the bass is. and then the lead guitar almost sounds like $uicideboy$ vocals. I dont know much about post punk at all so this vid is great. - Aussie bass player. Grazie LORENZO molti errori di ortografia ma non mi importava. Grazie per il video!
@lorenzobasscovers7 ай бұрын
@JWXUWU thanks! and yes, you got the Metallica references right. Even though I don't listen to them anymore lately, they were my initial reference, so I end up bringing references to their songs in my ideas

pro tip: adding fake mains noise is a great way to make your song sound more retro: if you have audacity you can generate two mono tracks, click on one, then click on "generate" near the top left corner, there will be multiple options, but the ones we are the most interested in, are the "noise" and the "tone", click "tone" and set type to "sawtooth", frequency to 50 hz and amplitude to 1, select the other track and click on generate, select the "noise" option now, and set type to "pink" and amplitude to 1, now you have a mains noise track. now you can import it into bandlab and copy it till it fits the length of your song, if you have reverb, make sure to end the mains noise track five seconds after all music ceases.

I don’t own a guitar, wich one of bandlab I can use?
@lorenzobasscoversАй бұрын
I prefer (and recommend) to use the stock clean guitar (not The soft or hard), sounds good and It's The best for effects. If you don't like it too much, try The twang guitar with a Lot of eq, you can get a good tone too, however, i don't know why, but that guitar has a delay on The notes that sound strange sometimes!
@zerothz771112 күн бұрын
bro which guitar do i use, and how do i do it? Thank you
@lorenzobasscovers11 күн бұрын
I don't understand If you are talking about real guitars or The MIDI ones from Bandlab, but don't worry, I'm going to explain both for you! First, The real, my preference are The guitars with humbucker pickups (The Same on The video), It's less noise and have more attack, but If you want The classic post punk tone, guitars with P90 pickups or a Telecaster is The solution! For Record, any audio interface Bandlab Will find and you Just select The option on "input selection". Now The MIDI ones, you create a track with virtual instruments, and select The Type, I recommend The normal clean guitar, and The twang guitar (but for some reason this guitar have a delay on The notes, sometimes It's Very annoying). That's It, If you have more questions, please send here!

This is a part that depends on your taste. This is where you will regulate the volume of the tracks in order to highlight some of the instruments and muffle others, preventing the sound from getting loud and becoming a mess, in addition to analyzing whether there is any excess Reverb, etc. did you understand? nothing complicated, one of the easiest parts to do
