Thank you Grandma Alice for your cooking demonstration, clear and brief. I am in Canada, cannot get the fish so I use a can of mackeral in light brine. I got the assam laksa !

Hai Too Chef, Grandma.. Recipe kamu bgus dan istemewah.. Tetapi bahan yg kamu miss oyt.. Ikan bilkis kisar dan bubuh dalam kuah, ikan 2 kg varu cujkup,Sardin 1.can rm 9.50 Cap Ayam bubuh dalam kuah, bungah kantan satu untuk bubuh dalam kuah dan satu btg untuk pergiasan, gula sedikut ,ikan kenbong 1.kg dan ikan Sardin mata besar 1 kg, 2 in 1. Rebus.. Jika kamu hendak kuap yg taraf tinggi dan Champion.. Udang lipan 12 ekor dan bawang putih 10 biji goreng dan bubuh dalam kuah Laksa.. Itu lah Penang Champion Asam Laksa. !

FrankieCheah, Is udang lipan, mantis prawns? So far never heard about udang lipan being used for Penang assam laksa but sounds interesting to me. Have you tried using udang lipan for your assam laksa making? 🙏

@@eunicejade9592 Boleh cuba di recipi Adam Laksa.. Jija jamu tidak bubuh Otak udang, itu bukan Laksa Penang yg Juara.. Itu Laksa Utara.. Kedah, Perlis, ( Udang liipan bolleh guna dalam Hockjen mee ,untuk bagi kuah yg lebih top dan manis) ,Jija guna dalam Laksa asm, taraf yg lebih mutu tinggi.. Recioi ini dari Lakda Penang du Air Itam tepi Pasar.. Sehari, tibum 50 kg dan nenas 100.biji untuk buat 2 hari Laksa.. Kereta mewah ratus ribu dan Rumah 2.tinggkat ada 4.buah..Lihat nya, business Laksa Penang yg bergitu Laku,, Enak dan harum.. Ok.. Gd try..So Smart and Churming. !

@@eunicejade9592 Udang liioan kini Se kg rm 7.00 , Nelayan buang kulit dan jual isi Se kg Rm 18.vs rm 20 ,untuk goreng tepong buat Sweet Sour cabau kisar dan Sos Chilli dan Sis Tomato, udang kering yg tumbuk, bawang putih yg goreng garing, Buah jangus yg goreng garing.. Se pinggan rm 30 ,di Restauran Getak Sanggul dan Hai Boey See Food,Restaurant...ok. gd job!

@@eunicejade9592 Jika buat Laksa Asam atu Laksa Penang.. ( guna 25 ekur udang lipan gireng dengan bawang putih 12 biji. Capur cabai kisar 3.sudu besar, hinggah harum campur Air filter 2500. Ml, kisar, tapi 2.kali ,buat kuah Laksa yg juara, campur ikan billis rm 6.00 yg kisar, buat kuah laksa,, ini ialah part 2., Can Sardin Cap Ayam, ini part 3 ( Ikan billis yg saya sebut di atas, Campur Air 1.5ml ,kisar harus, tapis buat kuah laksa, tak paya goreng nya) rn 6.00 vs rm 8.00 , Asia Chef akan terbang ke Singapura, Ni fight langsung.. Ok.. Gd try. !

Hallop Top Chef.. Jika kuah kamu miss out bahan tersebut pasti kuah kamu kalah pada lain Chef. Ikan billis rm 6.00 ,kisar ,Ikan Sardin 1.can Cap Ayam, otak udang half can campur dalam kuah Laksa, Asam keping 12.keping ,Air asam ko 4.mangkuk , Air filter 2.mangkuk ( di sini, Ikan kembong se kg dan Ikan Sardin mata besar se kg. 2 in 1.,rebus, kisar, tapis buat kuah Laks ) Asam Laksa dan Laksa adalah recipi yg sama.. Haya nama tidak sama.. Pssti Laksa ada asam, jika tidak, dia bukan nama Asam Laksa.. Ok.
