Grandma Alice, by any chance do you know how to cook Babi ponteh and squid ink sotong?
@helenpoon72274 жыл бұрын
Dear Ah ma, I love this dish and many others. You are very lovable and sweet too with sense of humour. Just like to watch your cooking. But what hurts me is your parkingson! You need to drink 1st cup warm water with 1/2 teaspoon good sea salt, follows by 2nd cup warm water, daily 3 times a day. Sea salt will help hold the water and distribute them to the whole body and keep your hydrated. Though we drink lots of water, but they just passed out soon after. You are very dehydrated and it now affects your nerve. This is just briefly said. I love you, ah ma! Please continue with your exercises and stay healthy and hydrated. With lots of love and hugs

Hi Helen! Thank you for your lovely advice and concern to me. How do you know that drinking a cup of water with sea salt is good? I will try it from now onwards! Thank you!

@@GrandmaAlicesKitchen Sea salt has many properties. Try for 3 weeks and you will notice your nail grows healthier, stronger and longer. When we have toothache or sore throat, sea salt water will ease it. Love always

Water with sea salt cures all the diseases and sickness including CANCER Drink 1st cup of warm water with ½ teaspoon of sea salt, follows with another cup of just plain warm water. Needs to take at least 3 times a day or more. You have to maintain this throughout your life. Our body is made up of at least 70% of water. When there is a dehydration on any part of the body, initially it will use the water in our body or cells. Further dehydration will cause inflammation in the body system, causing blockages of the veins or dead cells (tumour). You will have what the doctors term them as eye discomfort and weakness, ear infection, hearing loss, blocked nose, difficulty breathing, asthma, fever, flu, sinus, throat infection, sore throat, thyroid, bad breath, thick white coating of the tongue, bodily odour, ulcer, weak nails, receding or weak gum, gout, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, urinary tract infections, stomach and intestines infection, lung disease, liver failure, leukemia, dylexia, cancer, osteoarthritis (bones wears down), migraine, brain infection causing disorientation, anxiety, confusion or irritability, insomnia, diabetes, stroke, dry skin or allergies, weight gain or loss, hair loss, kidney failures, constipation, pigmentation, dark spots, heart blockages, palpitation, depression, dementia, parkingson disease, in short, all bodily, physical and mental health issues. Salt has antiseptic, cleansing and soothing properties, and another important point is to help hold the water and distribute to the body. Only sea salt with warm water can do the trick. What I am encouraging is to drink more water. We need water to hydrolyse in our digestive processes. Many people too drink water but is not doing correctly. Try drinking 2 cups warm water, and you will need to pass it out very soon. But with the sea salt, it will take 1 hr or more for you to pass it out. By then, the water with sea salt has already done its duty by distributing water to your whole body, replenishing your water loss. If there is any water retention, that will mean there is still some blockages, just continue with the water treatment. Some health problems may have being passed down from our parents or we to our children. Some child are born healthy and some are not (with deformities or complications). We need to stay healthy and hydrated to have healthy babies. Babies need water in the womb for development and growth. You can notice some results almost significantly within 3 weeks when your nails grow well, strong and longer. The other parts of the body we are not able to see and only doctors can verify when you go for check-ups or tests. To note: never be discouraged by what doctors and many others that said too much sea salt can cause high blood pressure, not good for diabetic, water retention etc. What you are taking is a pinch of salt with 2 cups of warm water. Almost the next cup will flush off the sea salt. We still need to eat healthily and do the exercises that we are comfortable with. As age will catch up with us, we cannot afford to have health issues that block our life. For the older people or those who have been sick for a while, the recovery takes longer. But you will grow healthier. Medical bills are getting more exorbitant and also time and mental exhausting (checkups, drugs to take with some having side-effects, and long term medical care for severely sick patients, stressful for the care-givers). Even if you are fully covered by medical insurances, the pain and sufferings from the diseases or illness can be unbearable. You suffer alone! You will be bound by drugs, doctors visits, all the numerous medical tests operated by machines, its just so much waste of time. I hope you will read through, absorb it and put them to your daily life and share with your loved ones. I may not express it very well but hope you get the gist of what I want to share with you. May you live to a ripe old age, healthier, happier, drug free 🥰😇
