I loved watching this! You and your mom have such a nice rapport. It was super comforting to watch. Also, I love that dish and now I know how to make it. I used to eat it at a doctor's office I worked at. The doctor's mom would bring homemade food to our staff meetings for all of us to eat while we met. I asked many times for the name of this dish and for the recipe. She would always laugh and tell me that as long as I worked there she would make it but if I left then no more for me. She was hilarious but she never did teach me to make it. I found the dish again years later at a tofu company that also sells freshly prepared snacks and have been a loyal customer ever since. But it's cool now to know how to make it myself. The kind we had always had mung bean and spring green onion on top, too. What a treat. Loved this!
