I absolutely love your Fante. My Late grandmaa used to to make this for me all the time, and I haven’t had it in over 20yrs now. Hearing you speak Fante brought back so much memories of my late grandmother….thank you for the memories.

Perfect dish that goes a long way into the day, all one needed was water to drink in order to wash it down. There are few types like believe you 'll soon come up with another can't wait yes mothers are specifically made thanks👌✌👍❤

This is a traditional dish that is usually made at home, you can find in on the streets in Kumasi. It’s absolutely amazing and my favorite Ghanaian food.

WOW. Definitely want to do this! Im from Dominican republic, and we do something called mangu, which is similar, but nowhere near as flavorful as this :0 mangu can be filling but bland. I really want to try this. Just gotta figure out how to get the equivalent of palm oil like that

Indeed this is a traditional way ampa how you cook out side reminds me a lot on how my grandma use to tell me to fun the fire and we cooking outside Ghana in America paaaaa the outcome is perfect

That is one fancy coal pot. That addition of momoni 🤤. Love the touch peanuts and avocado as a garnish. This is one of my 4 year old favorite dish ❤️

My favourite meal because when you are eating it, you need a lot of water. But the strange and mysterious thing is that you will not wee wee although you drink a lot of water. Thanks for your version too👏👏👏👌👌👌💯💯💯🥰🥰🥰

Amazing 😻 this one dea I’m lost for words. As a little girl I hated the yam etor and thankfully my great grandmother never made that, she always made this sweet one and it’s always a feast in my mouth. Well done sister madam👌🏾🙏🏾❤️
