what ClipStudio Paint version are you using in this video? I've installed the 1.12.8 (trial) and it does have the Convert to lines and tones feature, but that "expansion" (extract line, depth, etc) does not appears.

I have an ipad pro and the clip studio paint pro version but cant do that, is it only for ex now??

1:49 How do you add brush shapes? I downloaded a pencil brush and dragged it to my Brushes but it doesn't show up in "Brush shape" when I try to do what you did, I downloaded the most popular pencil brush in the asst store, the one with Japanese characters.
