Wapiti Regional Library is excited to have Georgette Arcand teach us how to make her baked bannock! Bannock is a Saskatchewan favorite. This delicious treat has a long history among First Nations and Métis peoples and is still popular today.
For Georgette's recipe:
- pre-heat oven to 400F
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 3 cups flour
