Every baby's appetite is different. My daughter ate a whole banana in one sitting the other day she's 5 1/2 months. Also why tell people to add water to the bananas babies shouldn't have water when they're first starting solids. It's better to add breast milk or formula if needed not water!

Banana lemon and water is the only ingredients in banana baby food just read the back of baby food jars if youre a person who needs perfect measurements because you feel like you have to make it just like the jar food call the company and ask how much of each ingredient is in it they will tell you I think they have to hope I help the time this video wasted

Er... breastmilk is the best thing a baby can have until solids are put into their diet. My baby gets everything from my breastmilk and she is 11 months and not on solids yet however I do plan to start very soon and I am glad i made the choice to keep her on breastmilk and feed her on demand as it has helped with the baby bonding to me when she wants comfort and not a spoon. Whatchu you know about breastfeeding? SMH

I am breastfeeding but sorry, 11 months and no solids? Recommended the start by 6 months because they don't get everything they need from the breast milk. Breastfeeding in combination with solids from 6 months is what's recommended by 100 percent of health care professionals. I love the bond with my baby but cm on don't be silly

A baby should try eating new foods AFTER the age of one. Before then, they are more prone to allergies. Until then, they should be bottle feed/breast fed only.

Baby's need to be introduced to food before that, if not they are not always going to get the nutrition they need. The fact a baby can be walking around before age one should show enough that they can handle eating baby food. They can be allergic to vaccines as well but you let them have those before age one.

Logic of this sort is why I see baby after sick baby in the pediatrician's office. While breast milk and formula is nutritionally complete, babies begin wanting something else around three to four months of age. they can drink and drink and never feel satisfied. This results in reflux and puking, which can cause a baby to not want to drink, which keeps them from getting those nutrients. A little cereal or puree can help add some substance and satisfaction to the milk.

This information is soooooo outdated. Pediatricians now state that introducing foods at an early age, like 4 months can actually prevent allergies.
