Hi! About how much water do you put? I’m having. Trouble I bought this baby cook from a friend but no instruction manual or food recipe book.

If you look at the base of your bowl on the plastic you'll see lines and numbers 1,2 or three...use that as a measuring cup and guide! For some things like grains and meat you'll want to do a 3 (they have less moisture) but like for pears or butternut squash, may be a 1 or 2. Beaba has a cook book for sale on their website it is really good. I think its like $20...but they will tell you what level of water for every recipe!:)

how long does it take to steam food. how do u defrost frozen food. I would also like to know how do you keep it while traveling? use ice pack? thanks

It takes about 15 min. I use ice packs or just buy the shelf stable stuff at the store for long trips!:) Yes frozen food is fine...except for meat! This food maker shuts off automatically:)

My only concern is I would not mix the raw me up in with all the vegetables the carrots and potatoes I will cook that separately I would never want to put any type of raw meat inside a machine like that I just am not comfortable and I don't plan on feeding my baby meat until like she's a little bit older I just don't think they need it at such a young age is just too harsh on their bellies

How long does it stay good in the fridge? Do u microwave it

2-3 days. you can reheat it in this food maker. if you microwave it only do so for like 10 seconds and test the temp before you give it to the baby!

Actually it’s only 149 on there website with free shipping. Organic baby food is 1.39 a jar...if you fed baby 3 jars a day (or more) this would pay for it self in only 35 days.
