How to make beef plate soup/Naly’s Lao kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pound beef plate.
1 1/2 tbsp salt.
1 tsp msg.
1 tsp chicken flavor.
1 1/2 tbsp tamarind.
1 tbsp fish sauce.
2 stalks Lemongrass.
8 sliced galangal.
8 lime leaves.
3-4 cilantro root.
1/2 cup green onion.
1/2 cup cilantro optional.
Ingredients mixed well and Ready to served.
