Hello everyone. Today we are cooking Galbitang - a Korean beef soup, or rather, beef ribs. A surprisingly simple dish that is very healthy to eat in cold weather like we have now)
So, for the cooking Galbitang we need:
- Ribs of beef (veal)
- Radish or Daikon
- Starch noodles
- Onions, leeks and green onions
- Garlic
- Ginger (optional)
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
You can cook Galbitang in a pressure cooker for about 1 hour or in a regular saucepan for 2 hours.
Additionally, we fried Korean seafood pancakes - Hemulchon for a snack.
It turned out very tasty and insanely satisfying!
