I was in Nigeria more than 30 years ago, and I still remember the taste of suya. My father spent 5 years there, training Nigeria national wrestling team and making them champions of Africa. I wish I could make him some suya, but no suya spice there. Nigeria is like second home country for him.

Peace ☮️ and blessings to your channel sistar. I’m a new subbie here. I love Nigerian dishes that have fish mainly. I’m pescatarian so eating beef isn’t something I enjoy. It’s difficult for my body to digest so I don’t eat it. But I remember trying Suya seasoning on lamb it was good. but these days I’m trying to fully transition into a vegan lifestyle. I want to create Nigerian Dishes and delicacies into my vegan lifestyle changes because I love the spices that you people use on your food. So, I’ve come to the conclusion I can still eat west African food without meat but incorporate their spices into my vegan lifestyle changes. Tfs until next time cheers 🥂❤️💋

Hey Yemisi! I love Suya so much and was very happy to know, you do also from one of your previous videos!😋 I live in Trinidad and there are some lovely Nigerian folks here that make it, however I haven't been able to get there to buy for a long time. It's always one thing or the other, but now you are making my Suyalicious dreams come true! Thank you so much!😘
