Don’t forget the am aboki told me : peanut powder , Maggi cubes , cloves , ginger powder, garlic powder, chilies for spice , African calabash, paprika and cayenne pepper and sometimes they use the Maggie ginger oil and most importantly vegetables.

Yummy yummy. I made this today and it was very delicious. One this I did was put too much pepper so I made extra spice and added to my mix to dilute it. Now I can store the mix for next time. Thank you for the website. You are saving lives here 😊😊

What can you use as substitute for african nutmeg? We dont’t have that where I’m from.

In beef or chicken suya I've made, regular nutmeg will do. Just don't use more than a pinch or 2.
