Ingredients:
1 cup rice( preferably gobindobhog rice)
2 tbs masur dal or red lentil
250 gms cubed mutton
1/2 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
2 onions quartered
1 potato halved
2 green chillies
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon
2-3 cardamom
3-4 cloves
2 tbs butter
3-4 tbs milk
1 tsp sugar
Few chopped coriander to garnish
2 tbs brista or fried onion to garnish
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon, cloves,
cardamoms, ginger and garlic and saute for few seconds. Add
onions, lentils, mutton, rice, salt and sugar and milk. Add water
and pressure cook till mutton is tender.
2. Sprinkle fried onion and coriander leaves and serve
