You cold also rub honey butter on top once it's finished baking, for those who like it sweet.

Hi Chef! Happy Thanksgiving! I appreciate that you took the time to introduce each ingredient of your Corn Bread Recipe and how much of each ingredient that you used in your recipe. But, I would really, really, really love it if you would include a written list so I can follow along with you as you prepare your recipe. Sometimes I think I hear what you say but I'd like to be certain. For example, in this video you mention something about removing something from the egg before you added the egg to the bowl . I tried to listen attentively to what you were saying, Chef, numerous times, but I could not get it! Also, Chef, was that bottle that you poured from a bottle of Vanilla Extract? I am curious as to why you kept us from seeing the label that was on the bottle! I find that the quality of the Vanilla Extract that you use for making Corn Bread makes a big difference in the taste and in the aftertaste of the cornbread! Thanks for sharing this recipe, Chef! BTW, I get great results when I bake by using chilled, unsalted butter, broken up into a small dice and then carefully folded into the batter! Different strokes for different folks, I guess! Take care!

I thought I was the only one who removed the 'eye' or as I call it the 'baby chicken' from the egg 😆🤣....I'll definitely be trying this recipe 😋

This ain't no Jamaican cornbread. Our corn bread is actually bread. Not this shape or texture. U know this is all wrong. Throwing it out here as Jamaican cornbread. It ain't. It's nice, but it ain't even close.
