Smps ko ek aur tarika se charger banaya ja sakta hai bas ek buck converter aata hai cv cc wo laga do aur smps ka volt ko 17 to 18v pe set kar do jaisa ki aapne bataya aur jo buck converter ka cv ko 14.4 pe set kar do aur cc ko 7 to 9 amp me set kar do jisse smps current limit ke bahar nhi jayega aur battery bhi charge ho jayega😊

Mere pass ek camera ka smps hai 12v 8amp ka maine aise hi kara aur uspe 100k ka preset laga diya aur output capacitors change kar diye aur ic ke pass wale bhi change kar diye ab vo 3.5v - 54v tak de deta hai but 8v ke niche bohot high flick hota hai output but 8-9v pe sahi chalti hai toh keh sakte hai variable power supply bann sakti hai minimum 8v-54v tak hi aa raha hai mere main

Dear Sir. Very informative video. After viewing it many times i still don't understand how the green LED is working witht the opto coupler to limit the current. Can you please re-explain it along with the 2.5V which are still prensent at the TL431. All the rest is clearly understood and thank you very much for this course. Greetings from Morocco, Africa.

The green led is in series with the opto led. So they both glow together

Dear Sir, i did the circuit you showed in the video and applied it to a bench power supply using LM723 initially without current limit. Pin 3 of LM723 is grounded and PIN2 of LM723 goes to PIN1 of LM358. Current limit works VERY GOOD, however, i can hear i hissing sound coming from the NPN MJ15024 transistors while limiting the current and no noise at full current. Any idea why they are doing that noise and how to stop it, THANKS !

useful but during current limiting mode, it will work discreet mode i.e. current will be max. & zero. And as an average current will be lower than the max. Value (like pwm). You can use push pull type smps by using sg3524 or tl494 ic for smooth & continues current limiting function. Currently I am using this for 100AH battery charging.
