My uncle once made some blackberry wine that we called giggle juice. It was semi-sparkling (not by design) very drinkable and very heady. I had to be helped up the stairs laughing as I went after only 3 glasses of the stuff. We all loved it.

Hey man just a tip don’t use a filter to rack the wine as you’re creating more room to create vinegar

Top tip - don't wear your favourite white T-shirt when handling blackberries 😁

Chuck that brew through a air distiller (preferably one with variable heat bout 89) and you have yourself a naughty brew. Don't forget your heads and tails or you will melt your brain, if it fell in your mouth. Oh I forgot, you are of course doing this as an ethanol fuel which is legal, not distilling alcohol, that would be illegal.

Distilling is not illegal in the uk you can do it in your back garden if you wish
