how to make bluetooth speaker at home (HF69B Amplifier)

DIY Bluetooth Speaker 6Wx2 Logitech speakers + HF69B stereo amplifier
In this video I’m going to make portable rechargeable Bluetooth speaker using SANWU HF69B 6W+6W Dual Channel Stereo Bluetooth Speaker Amplifier Board and quality 12W Logitech speakers. I have included every single step of making this Bluetooth speaker without using fancy woodworking tools.
Components required:
1) TP4056 Charging module x1
2) 12W Full-range Logitech Speaker 8ohm loudspeaker x2
3) SANWU HF69B 6W+6W Dual Channel Stereo Bluetooth Speaker Amplifier Board x1
4) Boost Buck DC Adjustable Step Up Down Converter XL6009 Module x1
5) RGB Common Anode LED x1
6) 3V Blue LED x1
7) 18650 Battery Holder x2
8) 18650 rechargeable li-ion battery x2
9) 2000uf capacitor 25V or 16V x1
10) Power Connector + Switch
11) Plywood + 20mm PVC + wood glue + double side tape + Quality Wires

Why you add large capacity capacitor on one end of Buck Conversation DC Step-Down! Otherwise it was awesome diy what I looking for! Keep it up!

That's to stable the output power once the batteries drain to lower level.

Please help, why does my TDA 7492 "collapse" at high volumes when I am using a step up converter? Is the step converter too weak to supply a constant 12v?

The current of your power source should slightly higher. Otherwise, boost con. will shut down.

Nice build, I like that you used LEDs! But one question, why did you use that XL6009 step up & capacitor and then soldered it to the 5V dc-in? Is there any other way like soldering the charging board and the batteries together to the battery-in port? Thanks

Thanks. Someone asked the same question 2weeks ago. I used that XL6009 stepup converter to increase voltage from 3.7 to 5v, which is the maximum voltage that can be supplied to the amplifier. (Better the Power better the sound quality). Furthermore, here is the two reasons why I didn't use amplifier's charging interface itself. The first reason is the charging interface of this amplifier doesn't have a battery discharge protection feature, Secondly, I needed to increase the capacity of the battery by connecting them in parallel (2 batteries), so in order to charge two 18650 batteries amplifier's charging interface is not sufficient. That's why! Thanks!

Yes I'm aware of why you had to use the tp4056. But my question is, if it's technically possible to solder the tp4056 together with the 18650 batteries directly to the amplifier board. I would not use the dc-in (which obviously needs 5V), but the battery-in (which can handle 3.7V to 5V). Do you know that?

@@na1337me It doesn't matter you can directly connect tp4056 into the amplifier's input. But, that way if the batteries get below 3.7v the sound will be dead compared to using it with boost converter. i mean battery drains quickly. It was bought from a Local Electronic Shop. You can get it from ebay. Just type 2200uF 25V or 16V.

SANWU HF69B already have a charging module (for micro USB), why did you use additional modules? Is it possible to use the turn on/off switch only with SANWU HF69B without the other modules? If yes, how to connect it? Thank you very much!!!!

Welcome, That's a great question. @@LahisTechLT Thank you for your replay. I've bought only the amplifier and the switch (I already have a 3.7 battery). How can i substitute the switch integrated with the amplifier with the external one to turn on/off?

@@claudiopascarelli3159 Just connect the switch between battery and amplifier charging interface. But in this way you may hear a POP sound, when turns on the switch.

@@claudiopascarelli3159 Yup that's an issue with this module, btw you can attach the switch of amplifier to the speaker box, I mean the switch, which uses to toggle between mini USB and battery power (small switch on the HF69B). So this way you can attach another switch to the battery and turn on/off. Hope you'll get my suggestion. Role of that small switch -- When the switch is ON, the Micro USB port is the charging port, it will work if powered by the lithium battery. When the switch is OFF, the Micro USB port is the power supply port, it doesn’t need to connect with lithium battery.
