I suggest using 12V to help prolong the life of your battery pack. This way, you won't be fully charging it all the time.

Brother when i connect my m38 amplifier module with 5 volt step up xl6009 it works but afer some time bluetooth ic got damaged 😢

Did you solder the wire to the battery terminal or did you use a micro-USB to power it? The issue arises if you connect the 5 volts to the battery connections. Battery Terminal: 3.7 - 4.2 volts only, not 5 volts.

So i have aiyima 4 ohm 15 watt speakers and i could say that they are not quality.I tested them on a 12-24v amplifier and when i increase the volume the speakers are going crazy like it pops idk why

The Bluetooth is built into the amplifier board, you can't get strong bass with only a Bluetooth module.
