Wow I'll definitely have to try the cornstarch, sounded nice and crunchy. I'm also weird and save my pickle juice too 😉 I've used it for a brine on "Western Style" pork ribs, oops Nobody new about it till now..... Looking forward to more of these videos 👍

This actually sounds better than a real chicken wing and I love some buffalo chicken wings. This is going to be something I try very soon. You obviously had a wonderful mother to teach you such good habits LOL

Wings here in Okla $3.99-$4.99/lb. Thighs, $ 1.69 ! Great call on the pickle brine and breading. A+ . Also, have you tried smoking or grilling Turkey Tails? Incredible, tho they'd probably be good fried too.
