Flour(maida) - 1kg same
Yeast - 12gm 15gm
Improver - 5gm same
Gluten - 5gm same
(C.P.) - 3gm same
Salt - 20gm 10gm
Sugar - 50gm 200gm
Water - 550ml same
Margerin -50gm same
MILK BREAD:
Flour(Maida) - 1kg
Yeast. - 15gm
Improver. - 5gm
Gluten. - 5gm
(C.P.). - 3 gm
Salt. - 10gm
Sugar -200gm
Water. - 550ml
Margerin - 50gm
MILK POWDER. - 50GM

Thank you for your blessing. *This bread pan measures 10 inches in length and 5 inches in width. The weight of the dough is 1000 grams. It should be divided into 500 gms and folded.*

I really love your work, the mixing, mouldinf etc. Please when I did mine, the dough did not come out as soft and smooth as your. Pls what did I do wrong? Also, how long should I need for in the same type of mixer as yours to make a soft smooth dough like you did?

Your recipe is not clear on the description below🙄 because your bread dough am seeing here is far weigh than 1kg😮. Or is it the combination of the 3 recipes you drop. Salt, sugar and milk bread?
