Hello. I always enjoy your videos. I love breakfast for dinner. I cook my bacon on a sheet pan in the oven. It turns out perfect every time. Some people like to buy the fully cooked bacon and then just pop it in the microwave. The oven is the best. And if you line your pan with parchment paper or foil, there’s hardly any mess. I cook my bacon in the convection oven. It’s not as quick as the microwave but not a slow as the oven. It turns out great.

We know them as Platanos(PLAH-tah-nos), my daughter is Colombian-American. We really let them ripen then fry them. They're really sweet. I like my bacon cooked on the stove top or the oven. It is February 2023, I use microwave all the time but I do cook bacon in a frying pan that's because I can not use microwave correctly on bacon. If mommy uses the microwave on bacon and it comes out good then keep doing it.
