Here's a tip with the boiling over if you put the wooden spoon over the pot up there it will keep it from boiling over not sure why or how it works buy my big mama which was my grandmother and my great grandmother I called her mimmie they taught my dad that then showed me when I was little and taught my mama as well so such a cool trick and it is weird how it actually works.....but I just thought I'd let you guys know too I'm sure alot of people know about that already but just incase I wanted to tell yall
