Ingredients:
A head of broccoli
a little olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
water
Preparation
Cut the broccoli into roughly equal size half an hour before cooking.
I only use broccoli florets.
Put a little olive oil and a few cloves of garlic in a wide pan.
Saute the garlic only briefly, but do not let it burn.
Put the broccoli in the pan, add salt and pepper and simmer for about 3 minutes on low heat.
Add a little water, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan, cover and cook until the water evaporates.
