For perfect balls, you don't need to add water, you just sieve the dust to make them smoother then add the binder direct and then mix and start moulding your balls. Just my opinion.

Hi Daniel. Thanks for the tips. This method is aimed to be so simple anyone can do it without any special equipment. .like the big sieve...but I do agree..the consistency is very different. I will definitely do it your way next time and compare. Thanks again.

That's the natural process of charcoal and briquettes....it burns up..emits heat and turns to ashes once it burns up...see how they burn up here kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3rOk56omKuhqac... unless I didn't understand your question.
