I had tried using some expired millet flour, red soil and charcoal dust. Also made balls by hand... IT WORKED!! (And I didn't even boil the flour!) I will definitely be trying this and also the maizemeal one but boiling the porridge! Asante my dear, keep up the good work!

Did it turn to ash after you burnt it or before?
@kitaleguineafowlfarm65094 жыл бұрын
For perfect balls, you don't need to add water, you just sieve the dust to make them smoother then add the binder direct and then mix and start moulding your balls. Just my opinion.
@Patricia_Gathogo4 жыл бұрын
Hi Daniel. Thanks for the tips. This method is aimed to be so simple anyone can do it without any special equipment. .like the big sieve...but I do agree..the consistency is very different. I will definitely do it your way next time and compare. Thanks again.

After moulding it, anytime it is heated, it turns to dust. What I'm I doing wrong?
@Patricia_Gathogo3 жыл бұрын
That's the natural process of charcoal and briquettes....it burns up..emits heat and turns to ashes once it burns up...see how they burn up here kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3rOk56omKuhqac... unless I didn't understand your question.
@raphaeldemuyakor62433 жыл бұрын
@@Patricia_Gathogo what I mean is, it turns to powder under a minute. It doesn't even turn to ash but returns to its powder form eventhough I add starch to it
@Patricia_Gathogo3 жыл бұрын
Hmm... How are you making the starch(binder)?....it shouldn't be added in its raw form,..it should be mixed with some water and boiled. Did you watch my video on how to make the binder? See it here kzbin.info/www/bejne/lXOynHuop7CKpas
