In Bulgarian Wines just Telish Castra Rubra is the best. In addition, you can prefer the series of Arcadia Wine of Lüleburgaz & Chateau Kalpak Wine of Şarköy.

I am a bit confused, because at 2:06 in the video when you asked the guy if it was Apricot, he agreed and said yes by nodding his head ,not shaking his head. I was told many times that yes is shaking the head from side to side and no was nodding the head up and down, is this in only some regions in Bulgaria ?
