Thank you Chef. Love the recipe and and people need to learn the anchovies have a peppery taste. It is why your Caesar salad dressing in a restaurant is always better than your bottled crap from the fridge. Anchovies are the umami that gives body to your sauces. Appreciate you educating us with things no one else does on KZbin.
