Have you thought of doing a underdeck drainage system to make the paver porch usable even when it is raining. That and a motorized awning to control afternoon sun heat build up in the pavers if it has a southern exposure. Nothing beats still on the porch listening to the rain for a relaxing family cuddle puddle other than a hot tub under a tin roof during a light rain. Justin the project will NEVER end! Wow she’s getting so big I haven’t watched in a few months and her vocabulary is really growing. I remember when my 3 daughters were that age it’s such a fun time. Now mine are 37, 35 and 30 years old and now we’ve got 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson. Time flys by so fast enjoy this time and make lots of memories together. WHAT! Comments are ON!?! Sweet, and about time! And O.S.G./Stephanie, strawberry rhubarb jam..🥴🤤! I would recommend that combo in a cobbler/pie! With a generous portion of Tillamook Vanilla bean ice cream, it is the cats pajamas! And LFG, the idea of gnawing on a stalk or rhubarb is a good one, it's like pulling a stalk of grass, where the bottom end is nice n tender and slightly sweet. Well gnawing on a chunk of rhubarb stalk is like eating Asian plums that aren't Quite ripe, in that is going to be tart/sour. But🤤🥴, So tasty! I've added a few slices of rhubarb to my h2o container and it adds a little dab of 'zing' to the otherwise boring plain h2o! It's like adding a slice or two of lemon to your water.

My wife and I just had our little girl 3 months ago. Our oldest is almost 3 and we were worried about the transition with him. We had one small incident with mommy jealousy, but since then he’s been perfect with his little sister. It takes time, but I’m sure Emmy will be great with her little brother.

Rhubarb grows everywhere in WI. My late grandmother in law used to tell us to grab a stalk and dip the end in sugar. It’s a perfect blend of sweet and sour. So good!

40 years ago, while my soon to be wife ( now an ex) was working in a campground for the summer in N WI a family shared a no pectin jam recipe with us. It was butter and lemon and a little sugar but that was many moons ago. We made freezer jam with mixed berries that we, mostly zI foraged along abounded rail ight aways. Raspberries, thimble berries, blueberries and blackberries along with fresh strawberries in mixed berry batches of jam. Yours looked so good!

It’s beautiful to see your little family glowing and growing! Emmy is so intelligent and BIG! She’s growing up so fast! I’m feeling inspired to make jam now. I’ve never tried it but loved my Gma’s rhubarb & strawberry jams when I was a kid. I grew up living across the street from my grandparents and used to raid her garden in the summer to eat raw rhubarb. I also loved and still love eating wood sorrel. It’s great on fish! Just here to enjoy the fact that you are still here. Lol. Good thing I was mad at myself for not putting this in memory as Grandma was doing her canning. I found LFG when you were finding out about '19', I think I heard you refer to it as? Anyway. Cool name. Benjamin Kelly is my little brothers name. His friends call him 'House'. He was a Computer Repair, casino dealer and electronics installer before his stroke a couple/few years back. He was down approximately 36 hrs before he was discovered. He's independent today. No left side. At 6'2" 300+. Former school sports playing leg breaker (literally). I call him,. " Big As a..." He's a survivor. It's in our blood. Kip TBI 11-11-83
