I forgot about this soup, thank you! (It seems I mostly only remembered greens with the little dried shrimps for our soups.) Gonna do this with kombu we have instead of shrimp for my vegan husband, with the shrimp and nuoc mam version for me

Growing up I thought that potato soup with pork spare ribs was something my mom invented. I also thought my mom invented canh sup.
